- Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Desired Requirements: EPA certification, experience with various HVAC systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
- Refrigeration Technicians
- Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems. Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Responding to emergency repair calls.
- Desired Requirements: Experience with commercial refrigeration systems, knowledge of refrigerant handling, strong technical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Project Managers
- Responsibilities: Overseeing HVAC and refrigeration projects from inception to completion. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Desired Requirements: Project management experience, strong organizational & leadership skills, knowledge of HVAC & refrigeration systems, and excellent communication abilities.
- Customer Service Representatives
- Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries & service requests. Scheduling appointments & dispatching technicians. Maintaining customer records and ensuring satisfaction.
- Desired Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills, experience in customer service, and proficiency with office software.
